    Imperial Administration handstamped British East Africa 1895 (July 9): 4 a. yellow-brown, a used example, marginal from top of sheet with ½ deep brown on 1895 cover sent registered to Sheen Nurseries, London, tied by MOMBASA squared circle datestamps (April 27) with oval "R" at left. Hooded "Registered / London" in red and "Richmond" arrival cds (Sept 23) also on obverse. Minor edge wear at top of envelope of great significance, a fine and very scarce correctly rated (Postage 2½ a. + 2 a. registration) cover. Signed A.
