    1897: Partial De La Rue Apprndix sheet dated at top "Sept. 17, 1896" in manuscript with "Appendix" below, showing two Imperforate Colour Trials for 13 c. value with upper example in green & orange  and the second example in blue & lilac, and 1 rupee value printed in black & blue with the Duty Plate being hand-painted in blue over the original value. Illustrated in "The De La Rue Collection" edited by Frank Walton RDP on page 5634. A fine and unique group of great rarity.rnrnProvenance: Collection Lt. Col. J.R.
