    1893 (Nov): 12 c. sepia & green, Die I 1890 2 c. green & carmine and 16 c. chestnut & blue and 1892 Die II 13 c. grey & black in a horizontal pair, all used on 1895 registered cover to Germany all tied by scarce Rural Post datestamps "Seychelles / 1" (July 10) in black.
