    1893 (Nov): 3 c. dull purple & orange in a vertical strip of three, used on 8 c. red postal stationery envelope to Germany, further up-rated with Die II 1892 2 c. green & rosine vertical pair and single 13 c. grey & black all tied by rare Rural Post datestamps "Seychelles / 5" (1 April 1895) in black.
