Crown CC, ONE PENNY surcharge 16-17 mm. in black, an unused block of six (3 x 2), mostly large margins all round, infintessimally touched at left due to the mislaignment of the stamps on the forme, vertical crease unapparent on face, of fine fresh colour, part og.
