    1919 (April 16): Parcel card, bearing on front a multiple franking with of a block of four Arms 20 k., pair and three singles of Arms 50 k. & two examples of 10 k. on reverse, tied by "KHARKOV POSYLOTSHY" cds of the suburb P.O., sent to Riga.
