    Postage Due 1876: Unpaid cover to Bucharest with "PITESTI / DIM" despatch cds (Oct 27) in black and circulr "T" marking, manuscript "120" in blue crayon and corresponding four strikes of "30 BANI" Due marking in black at left (Kiriac fig. 1658). Reverse with Coat of Arms District cachet in blue and Bucharest arrival cds (Oct 28) in black. Scarce and attractive cover. Ex collection Sassower.
