    Postage Due 1870: Entire letter to Bucharest struck with "PLOESTI / DIM" cds (Aug 27) in blue (Kiriac 477) with corresponding "28" Postage Due handstamp (see fig. 1669 in Kiriac) in same ink; charged again on Bucharest with framed "28 BANI" 30mm. Due marking in black (fig. 1656). "Bucuresti / Dim" arrival in black on reverse (Aug 28). Scarce and most attractive entire. Ex collection Sassower.
