    Postage Due 1870: Unpaid entire letter to Bucharest struck with "LEIPZIG P.E. No.1" despatch cds in black (Feb 19), with manuscript "12x" (sgr.) below in blue crayon. Charged upon arrival with framed "50 BANI" Due marking in black (Kiriac fig. 1664), reverse with Vienna transit (Feb 21) and "Bucuresti / Dim" arrival in blue. Scarce and fine entire. Ex collection Sassower.
