    Postage Due 1866/75: Russia 5 k. black on lavender, a vertical pair (Mi. 20) used on 1869 underpaid cover to Bucharest, neatly tied by "ODESSA" cds's (Sept 1j) in black. Charged Due on arrival with framed "28 BANI" handstamp (29mm.) in black (Kiriac fig. 1655). Reverse with "Bucuresti / Sera" cds (Sept 16) and "Bucuresti / Dim" cds (Sept 17) in black. Small fault at upper left but most attractive. Ex collection Sassower.
