    Postage Due 1869: Entire letter sent unpaid to Bucharest with "T. MAGURELLE" despatch cds (Sept 13) in black (Kiriac fig. 418). Charge to be raised noted in blue crayon "28" and struck with framed "28 BANI" Due marking in black (fig. 1654) with reverse showing "Giugiu" transit cds (Sept 14) and Bucharest cds of arrival. Scarce and attractive entire. Ex collection Sassower.rnrnNote: The unpaid single letter fee of 28 bani was current from 13 January 1868 until 14 October 1870. Single rate of 18 bani + Fine of 10 bani = 28 bani to pay.
