    1872: Paris print 15 b. chesnut, a horizontal strip of three, used on 1875 cover to London all tied by "GALATZI" cds's (March 23) of despatch. Struck in transit with framed "WFr. 15" weiterfranco 15 pfennig handstamp in red (Van der Linden fig. 2991) and 'London / Paid' arrival cds (March 27) above. Small repairable closed tear just to left of first stamp but an attractive usage. Ex collection Sassower.
