    1869: 10 b., blue and 25 b. orange & blue, used examples both cut close, on 1870 mourning envelope to Liege, Belgium tied by "BUCURESTI / DIM" cds (Aug 14) in black. Framed "P.D." adjacent and unframed red example below, reverse with Vienna transit cds (Aug 16) and Liege arrival. A scarce and attractive cover from the small 'Vantier' correspondence.
