    1868/70: 3 b. violet, a fine appearing example with three large margins, shaved at base, used on cover to Galatz at the printed circular rate, tied by "BUCURESCI / DIMINEATA" circular datestamp in black (Kiriac fig. 430) with "GALATZI / DIM" arrival cds (Dec 6) in black displaying well on reverse. Rare. Ex collection Sassower.
