    1862: Handstruck 30 pa. blue on white wove paper, a used example with ample to large margins, used on 1863 cover to Bucharest cancelled solely by framed "P.P." (Port Payé) in red with "BRAILA" despatch cds (May 18) at right (Kiriac fig. 368) with private framed "FRANCO" handstamp at left in blue. Reverse with Bucuresci cds (May 20) in black. A fresh and fine entire. Ex collection Sassower.
