    Austrian PO's 1846: Entire letter to London struck on despatch with superb two line dated "BUKAREST / 1 MAI" handstamp in blue ink (Tchilinghirian fig. 710, unecorded thus) with black TA and French entry marking on front. Rastel punched for disinfection at Rothenthurn, London arrival cds (Jun 17g) in red on reverse. Rare, the first example this describer has seen in blue. Ex collection Sassower.
