    Postal Stationery 1921: Printed to Private Order 1 d. red Star Die 4, ½ d. green Star and Sideface ½ d. green postal stationery envelope (with full stop afer HALFPENNY), returned from the Vacuum Oil Company of Wellington for up-rating upon the rate increase of of Oct 1, 1920; mailed to Havelock North, New Zealand cancelled by "Melbourne - Victoria" machine cancellation (Jan 13, 1922) with arrival (Jan 20) on reverse.
