    Chalons 1 d. orange-vermilion (2 examples) and 2 d. pale blue (2), used on 1869 cover from Brisbane to Wollombi, New South Wales tied by "QL" obliterator in black. Reverse with Brisbane (Aug 19), Sydney (Aug 25) and West Maitland transits and Wollombi arrival (Aug 26) all in black. Illustrated and listed in the Ben Palmer Queensland census on page 107.
