    DDSG / DSNC 1866: Entire letter from Sistov to Vienna struck by oval framed "AGENTIE / D.D.S.G. / SISTOV" handstamp in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 928) and weak strike of circulr date marking; over-struck by large oval "D.D.S.G." official cachet (unrecorded by Tchilnghirian) struck in deep blue. "Alt-Orsova" transit cds (Oct 27) in black and charge "10" kreuzer for amount due to pay; reverse with Vienna arrival (Oct 30).
