    DDSG / DSNC 1863/64: Austrian Arms 5 soldi rose perf. 14 and 15 soldi brown, perf. 9½, used examples tied to the famous cover to Constantinople endorsed "via Kustendjé" at top, tied by "Von Sistow" manuscript cancellation in brownish ink (Tchilinghirian fig. 927) with red crazon line below, formerly used to denote pre-payment on Austrian pre-adhesive entires.
