    DDSG / DSNC 1872c.: An official cover from Nicopolis to Sistov cancelled solely by oval framed "AGENTIE / D.D.S.G. / NICOPOLI" handstamp (Tchilinghirian fig. 905) in blue. Further strike of the handstamp used as seal on reverse of the entire.
