    Adhesives of the Papal States used in the Romagna, 1858: 4 baj. light yellow, the lower right half of a diagonally bisected example, fine and fresh, tied by mute grill obliterator to reverse of double rate entire letter directed to Porretta, "BOLOGNA 19 LUG. 59" despatch cds on obverse.
