    Russo-Turkish War 1880: Prepaid cover from Burgas to Constantinople, struck on despatch with bilingual "POSHTA / BURGAS" circular datestamp (Feb 21) superb in blue (Tchilinghirian as fig. 79, now with "Posta" instead of "Burgas" at top) of the Russian Civil Post Office and straight line "FRANCO" in blue - of a type also recorded from Sliven.
