    Printed by Thomas Ham 1862/67: Thomas Ham, locally printed Plate Proofs imperforate on unwatermarked white wove paper, 2 d. in deep blue, 2 d. horizontal pair in ultramarine (with crayon defacement) and the 1 s. value struck in violet, marginal from left of sheet.
