    1929 Imperial Airways double crash 'City of Alexandria' and 'City of Athens' (Oct. 26) in Mersa Mathrut, Egypt: Envelope from "Dublin Oct. 23" franked with 2 x 3 d. meter mark, safed and forwarded to Baghdad with arrival mark (Nov. 2. 29) on reverse. Only few mail recorded from this 'double' crash of which very few with manuscript notes known Nierinck 291026.
