    1881: 1½ d. brown on buff postal stationery card used to the Royal Naval College in Greenwich, cancelled by scarce framed "ELMINA / PAID / MR 27 81" datestamps in black. Circular "Paid / Liverpool / Br. Packet" cds of transit in red (April 23) and reverse with London arrival (April 25) in red. Interesting message "There is no chance of War out here I'm afraid...".
