    1855: Recess by Perkins Bacon, 1 d. value, an unused Plate Proof block of four printed in green on medium wove unwatermarked paper, large margins all round for this stamp. The upper pair with horizontal bend not affecting the appearance of a fine and most attractive multiple: blocks of four being the largest recorded of this Proof.
