    Queretaro 1861: 4 r. dull rose on yellow, a vertically bisected example, right half, used to pay the 2 reales rate on 1863 entire letter written from Irapuato (Guanajuato) to Victoria, mailed from Salamanca and tied by dotted oval "FRANCO / EN SALAMCA" handstamp in black (Schatzkes fig. 1330).
