    Mexico City 1861: 4 r. dull rose on yellow, a fine example with good margins and strong colour, used on 1863 cover to Vera Cruz endorsed "por Extraordinario del Paquete Frances" at lower left, neatly tied by "FRANCO / MEXICO" circular datestamp in black (Dec 9). File fold but a scarce and fine usage. Signed Todd AIEP Scott = $ 175.
