    San Luis Potosi 1856: 8 r. red-lilac, a quadrisected example, top left corner of the stamp, used on 1858 cover to Mexico City to pay the 2 reales rate, tied by circular "FRANCO / SAN LUIS POTOSI" datestamp (June 1) in black (Schatzkes fig. 1443). Cover with some creasing away from the adhesive. Signed J.K. Bash, Ruiz Perez, Goebel Scott = $ 225+.
