    1858 (Aug 18): Cover from Kherson to Odessa, bearing 1858 10 kop. brown & blue perf. 14½ : 15, plate 2, a fresh and fine early print, well embossed, tied by clear dotted circular '55' numeral of the governmental post office in Kherson. Obverse with framed arrival (20 AUG 1858) datestamp (Dobin 4.05). Horizontal file fold just mentioned for accuracy, an attractive cover, cert. Mikulski (1994).
