    1859: 2 gr. 'azzuro', carta di Palermo, a fine and fresh single example with good to large margins, tied to cover to Palermo by crisp 'ferro di cavallo' handstamp, oval ornated SALEMI despatch cds (Sassone TP = 6 punti) alongside. Light file folds well away from the franking, nevertheless an attractive cover. Sassone = € 875 + 350.
