'bruno rosaceo chiaro' on thick 1863 issue paper, a fresh superb example with all eight frame lines 'otto filetti', tied by grill mute obliterator to 1863 cover from Rome to Viterbo, obverse struck by ROMA despatch (March 30) cds in black.
