Reverse with "CORREO VERACRUZ" transit (Aug 27) and "CORREOS PUEBLA" arrival (Aug 28) cds's. An attractive cover showing the rate to a country belonging to the second UPU group with 25 c. for the postage abroad and 10 c. seapost surtaxe.
