    Stamp Duty Issue 1885 (Jan): Recess printing £ 25 deep bluish-green, wmk. V over Crown sideways, perf. 12½, an unused example overprinted "Specimen" in grey-black at right of stamp and further larger "Specimen" in red manuscript, fresh and fine, unused without gum. A rare stamp (normal cancelled £ 60'000), Ceremuga states "only a small number of "Specimens" recorded". Certs. RPSV (2012), Ceremuga (2012).
