    1840: 1 d. black, plate 5, State 1, lettered QB, matched with 1841 1 d. red-brown on blued, plate 5, State 2, lettered QB, used examples with ample to good margins all round, cancelled by Maltese Crosses in black. Both stamps show "Left and right sidelines weak at top", the 1 d. red-brown with very weak check letters. A scarce pairing Gi AS25+AS31 = £ 1'475+.
