    Bucharest 1867: Official cover from Bucharest to Debreczen, Hungary with "BUCAREST" circular datestamp (May 24) on despatch in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 714). Reverse with large part red wax seal mostly intact and "Debreczin" arrival cds (May 28) in black. Scarce.
