    1859: 20c.dark-greyblue, (violetto scuro) perfectly margined block of twenty of great freshness with full original gum. The certficate Colla describes this exceptional rarity of the Modena provisional Government as follows " [....] al pari della piena gomma integra ed è perfetto."  It is signed on the back and with certificate Colla (2014).
