    Incoming from Great Britain via France 1870 (June 2): Unpaid entire letter from Manchester to Patras, endorsed "Via Marseille & Pirée", struck by partially obscured MANCHESTER despatch cds, charged with '115' lepta in red crayon, bearing a four-colour combination from three different Athens printings with 1862/67 Consecutive 80 l. rose-carmine, 1868/69 Cleaned Plates 5 l. yellow-green and 10 l. orange plus 1870 Special 20 l. deep greyish-blue, vivid colours with overall good margins, but three stamps lightly touched, cancelled by two perfect strikes of PATRAI arrival cds (May 30), reverse with LONDON and ATHENS transit cds's. File fold and edge wear well away from the franking, an interesting and appealing cover. Hellas 22a+25a+26a+31a.
