    Official 1914: 1 d. red Die II, punctured small "OS", a Coil Join pair, with lower stamp unofficially bisected used on OHMS Education Department 1918 printed cover tied by "PUBLIC OFFICES / MELBOURNE" cds's in black (Dec 20).
