    1950: Registered cover from Bucharest franked on reverse on despatch with four adhesives to USA, forwarded on to Bocas del Toro, Panama where 2 c. vermilion Postage Due applied to collect the  Poste Restante Fee with two line ADMON DE CORREOS / BOCAS DEL TORO on reverse. Readdressed to the Comoro Islands, where Comores 50 c. green and 1§ fr. brown applied, again for the Poste Restante fee by "Dzaouadzi / Madagascar" cds. A most unusual double taxation cover.
