    Postal Stationery 1899: 2 pice (½ anna) orange & black on thin buff postal stationery card (Wa Type 15), a used example cancelled by half negative "Gahawa" (Birganj) cds (19 April, 1899) in black (Hepper page 27, fig. 15). Kathmandu cds below. Crease and slight edge fault at left but very scarce. Cert. Hellrigl AIEP (1985).
