    1898/99: 1 a. green and 2 a. grey-violet, both pin-perforated, used on probably philatelic cover tied by hexagonal framed "Ne" handstamps of Kathmandu (III) in black (Hepper page 7, fig. 3). Reverse with Kathmandu arrival cds (June 10). Scarce and attractive cover. Signed Heddergott BPP.
