    1883: Stampless Official cover from Banke to Kathmandu, struck in lieu of stamps with octagonal framed BANKE negative seal handstamp in black (as Hepper page 26, fig. 2) and manuscript "Taulihawa 39/11/27" of 10th March 1883, with shield shaped handstamp of Lalit Jung. Scarce oval arrival of Kathmandu at right (March 16) in black. Rare.rnrn
