    Overprinted at the Zanzibar Gazette 1895/96: India 1 a. 6 p. sepia, a used horizontal pair of good colour, both stamps with "small second "z" in Zanzibar", first stamp showing "Zanzidar for Zanzibar" error, lightly cancelled by Zanzibar thimble datestamps (Feb 19, 1896) in black leaving the varieties relatively clear.
