    1915 (Sept): German East Africa 7½ h. carmine, with handstamped overprint "G. R / POST / MAFIA" in black (Type M4), an unused example, fresh and very fine appearance, slight paper remainder on part og. An extremely rare stamp - similar stamps mentioned in Gibbons footnote and Gibbs on page 253. Holcombe states just two examples are recorded. Signed Holcombe. Opinion Holcombe (1994).
