    1915 (Sept): German East Africa Fee stamp 25 h. grey, overprinted by circular "O.H.B.M.S. / MAFIA" handstamp in blue, an unused example further overprinted by "G. R. / POST / 6 CENTS / MAFIA" in black (Type M2), unused without gum. Ironed vertical crease does not detract from either the appearance or the rarity of this stamp. Believed unique. Signed Holcombe.
