    1915 (Sept): German East Africa Fee stamp, circular handstamped overprint "O.H.B.M.S. / MAFIA" in blue on 25 h. grey, used on 1916 single franking cover to S. Faulkner in the Audit Office in Zanzibar cancelled by two strikes of the "MAFIA" cds (July 6) in violet with Zanzibar arrival cds on reverse (July 7) in black. Philatelic but of great rarity.
