    Surcharged by De La Rue on GB 1890 (May 23): 1 a. on 2 d. green & carmine, an unused example showing variety "Broken "B" in BRITISH", of fine colour and appearance, one minor age spot on large part og. A very rare stamp with just 6 examples possible from the 6 sheets issued. Cert. BPA (1951), that does not mention the variety.
