    Greek Naval Occupation of Dedeagatch 1913 (Sept. 15/Sept. 28g): The third provisional issue: 1 l. blue (two examples), 2 l. blue and 3 l. blue (two examples), perf. 11½, all used on 1913 cover to Kifissia paying the 10 lepta rate, each tied by straight line "Dedeagatch" in Greek in red, two with visible anchor Control handstamps, the reverse of the cover with Athens and Kifissia cds's (Sept. 23). Central file fold but an extremely rare issue on letter. Note: W. Libermann & G.
